Bio-Max Security Case is guaranteed for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.

The warranty is not applicable to the defect that is due to accidental damages incurred by transit, misuse or tampering, failure to follow procedures as stipulated in the manual, neglect, alteration/repair by unauthorized persons and normal wear/corrosion.

**FingerSecu Technology is neither responsible for any loss or damages of items locked in your security case, such as handguns, valuables, etc. due to theft, unauthorized tampering or corrosion caused by moisture/humidity.

The product represented in this manual is constructed of high quality materials under careful and close supervision. We believe these product will provide a good deal of security. However, it is understood that any security container can be eventually compromised given enough time and the proper implements. All dimensions and  weights are approximate. We reserve the right to make changes without prior notice in pricing, specifications or dimensions. This case is not intended as a "mission critical" storage device.
